  • Administrative Assistant, Part Time | Administrative

    The Administrative assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO and one or more Executives on Staff. The work includes various clerical tasks (travel arrangements, calendaring, scheduling, etc.) involving the ability to make pro-active decisions based on established policies and procedures. Clerical skills are required with a high degree of accuracy and coordination for managing a remote office routine - Expedite handling of correspondence and phone calls - Prepare written reports, letters, etc. This role will gather and analyze routine data, maintain regular contact with others outside the work group, complete various assignments as requested, maintain records, confidential files and Splitvolt specific reports and schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
