This EV wall charging station is pre-configured and easy
to use — but there are key differences between models:
■ Basic vs. Smart?
Smart units have a screen. Basic units do not. Smart
features (like scheduling and WiFi) require setup via
the mobile app.
■ Smart Setup Requires Bluetooth
First connect via Bluetooth, then within the app you may
enable local WiFi access if desired.
■ DO NOT connect to the hotspot
The hotspot is for commercial installations only. Using
it disables standard access, requiring technical
support.
■ Every unit includes a NEMA 14-50 plug by default
This allows immediate plug-in and charging on a standard
50A outlet at a 40A charging rate. To hardwire for up to
50A charging, the plug is removed during normal
installation by a licensed electrician.
■ Works Instantly with AutoStart
Basic or Smart models plug into a standard 50A circuit
with NEMA 14-50 outlet and connect to your EV — charging
begins automatically. Wall mounting, smart features, and
hardwiring can be enabled when desired.
